3. Deal or No Deal?
If you and your family love our offer, we can begin the process of closing on your SoCal home. What Happens During Our Closing Process

We're going to be sending you a seller's document in which you sign and return to us. If you need us to, we can even come over and help you with it. Take a look at the documents with your family, and if they have any questions - call or email us.
2. Your Money Is In Escrow
We have an escrow company contact you after they have gotten your seller documents. After that happens, you may have to sign some additional paperwork. If the additional bits of paperwork sounds daunting for you, we can come over and help 🙂
3. It's Time To Celebrate!
Once the final piece of paperwork has been signed and returned, you can rejoice - as you have now successfully sold your home! We will then either transfer your funds via wire transfer, or you can pick up a check. It's really that simple.
