So, which one is better?

The short answer is… either-or. It depends on your situation. Amongst other things, real estate agents can get your home sold at the highest price possible. However, real estate agents can’t sell homes that don’t pass inspections, is in declining quality, and if it isn’t renovated – the home can be sold way below market value.

As you can see, over 70% of homeowners who had sold their homes – had a stressful experience. 

Even though you were to make more money selling with a real estate agent if your Southern California home was in great condition, it is quite a stressful process the majority of the time.
